The group was founded to answer a simple question our founder kept hearing on the bridge: when something goes wrong at sea, why do owners have to coordinate three separate firms before anything moves? Two decades later, they don't. One call, one case reference, one integrated file.

The moat

Any surveyor can attend a casualty. Any law firm can arrange security. Any class society can issue conditions. The moat is not any single service; it is what happens when they run in the same file, on the same clock, with the same reference.

Evidence collected by the surveyor is admissible in the case handled by counsel. Recommendations issued by class are calibrated against the repair plan being negotiated with the insurer. Loss-prevention findings are fed back into the training programme that trains the next generation of the region's surveyors.

No competitor on the isthmus holds all four disciplines under one roof. Elsewhere, few hold three.
